Buyback Guarantee (Only available on Mayor Packages at this time.)
Big Sally’s Diary LLC will buy back any books not sold after one year from purchase or date shop goes out of business. The shop owner must prove the particular shop is closing its doors to the public. Big Sally’s Diary LLC holds the right to refuse the Buyback Guarantee if it is deemed the shop is not closing its doors to the public. All books will be bought back at original price (not including shipping cost) sold to shop at time of sale. Books must be in original condition from date received.
Big Sally’s Diary LLC holds the right to refuse the Buyback Guarantee if it is deemed the books are not in original or resell-able condition. The money will be refunded after the books are received and inspected. We urge all shop owners to inspect each book for flaws upon receiving them. Any book deemed to have damage should be sent back to Big Sally’s Diary LLC and we will send out replacement books to that shop which original purchase was made. Receipts of shipping cost must be mailed in to receive refund of shipping cost. For customer refunds it is the customers responsibility to mail the book back to Big Sally’s Diary LLC.
